Return and Refund Policy

This page explains our final sale policy, how custom order changes are handled, and what to do if there is a defect, transit damage, or fulfillment issue.

Overview

All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed. Most of our products are made-to-order and or personalized, created specifically for you.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Personalized and custom items may be cancelled or edited only before production begins. Production often starts quickly, so please email us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

Once production has started, the order is final and cannot be cancelled or changed.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at contact@ingifted.in within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item.

Include your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

If we confirm a defect, damage, or fulfillment error, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion and at no additional cost to you.

Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Examples include personalized or custom products such as engraved or made-to-order items, sale or promotional items, gift cards, opened personal care items if applicable, and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases if applicable.

Natural Variations

Minor variations in color, texture, engraving placement, or finish are a natural part of handcrafted and laser-cut processes. Such variations are not considered defects.

Shipping Issues and Refused Deliveries

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Refused or undeliverable packages are not eligible for refunds.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any issue. Filing a chargeback without allowing us to address the concern may delay resolution.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights where they are not legally excludable.

For customers in the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period generally does not apply to customized or personalized goods once production begins. For non-custom items shipped into the EU, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days, provided the items are unused and in original packaging.

In other jurisdictions, your local consumer laws may grant additional remedies for faulty goods.
